At Vastra Clothing, operated by Starline Jari, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-stitched or altered products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale."

  • Customized, stitched, or tailored outfits.

  • Accessories and undergarments (due to hygiene reasons).


3. Return Process

To initiate a return: 

  1. Email us at vastraclothinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
